At Guitar Shop UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most instruments and accessories. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, simply return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with plenty of protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
