Do you offer free delivery within the UK?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of £4.95 applies. Next-day delivery options are also available at checkout.
Are your guitars set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every instrument undergoes a rigorous 21-point inspection and professional setup by our in-house luthiers to ensure it is ready to play straight out of the box.
What is your return policy if I don't like my purchase?
We offer a 30-day 'No Quibble' return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your guitar, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. We also offer 0% interest financing options through Klarna and Novuna for qualifying purchases.
Do my purchases come with a warranty?
All new instruments come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Guitar Shop UK also provides an additional 1-year extended warranty on selected premium brands for extra peace of mind.
Can I visit a physical store to try a guitar?
Yes, we have a flagship showroom in London where you can test any instrument in our soundproof booths. We recommend booking an appointment online to ensure a booth is available for you.
